Hey neighbors, it's Dustin here at etrailer. Today I have the Flint Hill Goods solid rubber wheel chock with eyebolt. Now this is a heavy duty wheel chock and it's ideal for tandem-axle trailers because as you can see we've got ridges on both sides to provide grip. It is 6 inches tall, but it's 7 3/4 inches long. And width wise, we've got 9 3/4 inches. The eyebolt is actually nice for several reasons, if you are wondering why it's there.
One, it's just easy to set it in place and to pull it out with the eyebolt. The eyebolt is also great if you're storing it. You can hang it by the eyebolt or if you have multiples, you can attach them together using the eyebolt if you have a rope or a chain. And when it comes to using it, you can see here on the bottom you've even got some nice grip here. So if you're on gravel or some different surfaces you shouldn't have too much of an issue.
And you slide it right in here. We're all set. Now, it's great for recreational trailers like our 5th wheel here just to prevent any extra movement when you're at the campsite and you've got the whole family in there moving around, little bit of rocking and rolling can be a little uneasy, especially if say the kids get up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom. This way you won't have to feel it. That's not only great for this application but let's take a look at some other trailers.
Now on the job site, it's great for enclosed or even flatbed trailers when you're loading and unloading equipment and supplies. Again, that way you don't have to worry about your trailer rocking and rolling. Another nice thing about it, especially on the job site, is that the rubber is completely chemical and corrosion resistant. You're not gonna have to worry about it breaking down over time or fading in the sunlight. It is specifically designed to stand up to the elements and harsh chemicals.
And that was a look at our Flint Hill Goods solid rubber wheel chock with eyebolt.
